If we can't fix it, you don't pay for the fix.
Before we start, we confirm in writing what's wrong and the fixed price. If we can't fix it, you don't pay for the fix, and if you already paid, we refund it in full within 10 business days. If the same issue comes back within 90 days of delivery because of our work, we fix it at no cost.
It doesn't cover third-party services (hosting, domain, paid plugins without an active license), changes made to the site after delivery, or issues other than the one we agreed on. The in-depth diagnosis is charged even if you decide not to go ahead with the fix, and credited toward it if you do.

How much does website maintenance cost?
Our plans are $119, $179 or $269 a month, depending on how much security and time you need. All prices are published.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay month to month and can cancel any time. When you leave, we hand over the latest full backup.
What does 24/7 monitoring mean?
Your site is checked around the clock, and we get an alert if it goes down or something odd changes.
What isn't included?
Redesigns, new features, content writing and work beyond your plan's monthly time. If you need more, we quote it at a fixed price first and only start with your written approval.
Do you need access to my site?
Yes: an admin user for the plan. You can remove it whenever you want. We keep credentials in an encrypted vault, never in emails or spreadsheets.
My site isn't WordPress. Can you still help?
The plans are built for WordPress and WooCommerce. For sites built with Next.js or Laravel, message us and we'll tell you what applies.
What if my site is already broken?
We fix it first at a fixed price, with a full backup before we touch anything, and then keep it running with a plan.
How do I pay?
You pay month to month, in USD. We send you the payment details when you choose a plan.
