If we can't fix it, you don't pay for the fix.
Before we start, we confirm in writing what's wrong and the fixed price. If we can't fix it, you don't pay for the fix, and if you already paid, we refund it in full within 10 business days. If the same issue comes back within 90 days of delivery because of our work, we fix it at no cost.
It doesn't cover third-party services (hosting, domain, paid plugins without an active license), changes made to the site after delivery, or issues other than the one we agreed on. The in-depth diagnosis is charged even if you decide not to go ahead with the fix, and credited toward it if you do.

How much does it cost to fix a website?
It depends on the problem: $49 for a minor fix, $149 for a site that's down, $149 for a critical error and $299 for a hacked site. The price is fixed, and we confirm it before we start.
Do you need my passwords?
Not for the free website check. To fix your site, yes: we ask for temporary access that you can remove when we're done, and we keep credentials in an encrypted vault, never in emails or spreadsheets.
What if you break something?
Before we touch anything, we make a full backup of your files and database. If something goes wrong, we put your site back the way it was.
Which platforms do you work with?
WordPress and WooCommerce, plus sites built with Next.js or Laravel. On Wix or Squarespace, we can fix what the platform allows or move you to WordPress.
You're in Mexico. Do you work with US and Canadian businesses?
Yes. We're based in Cancún and work remotely with clients in the US, Canada, Mexico and Latin America, in English or Spanish.
How do I pay?
You pay after you approve the fixed price, never before. Once you do, we send you the payment details.
How fast will I get the free website check?
Within 24 business hours of your request. If it's urgent, message us on WhatsApp.
What happens after the fix?
We'll suggest a month-to-month maintenance plan so it doesn't happen again. It's optional.
